WHAT: Rep. Sheryl M. Delozier (R-Cumberland) will be partnering with Mid Penn Legal Services to host a class focusing on Power of Attorney (POA) arrangements. Topics to be covered during the class include what a POA is, what can happen if you don't have one, how a POA protects you and your family, and the role of agents. Living wills, wills, and health care POAs will also briefly be discussed.
