Delozier to Host Job and Government Services Fair

HARRISBURG—Rep. Sheryl M. Delozier (R-Cumberland) invites residents of the 88th District to her upcoming Job and Government Services Fair, a free event for local employers, job seekers and state agencies to connect over employment opportunities and state services.

The Job and Government Services Fair will be held Thursday, April 10, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mechanicsburg First Church of God Community Center, located at 201 E. Green St. in Mechanicsburg.

“I am excited to once again partner with local employers and state agency representatives to highlight available job opportunities, as well as services around our community,” said Delozier. “This event is a one-stop shop for job seekers and constituents looking to obtain help with state services, like those offered by the state Treasury, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Public Utility Commission, and more. We had a fantastic turnout last year, and I am looking forward to another great day at this fair.”

Some of the services provided by the state agencies in attendance include searching for unclaimed property, as well as assistance with veterans’ benefits, utilities and more.
